Delivery Information / Returns & Warranty
Delivery of your valuable orders is via Australia Post Express. Smaller items and Packaging is despatched by Parcel Post.
The cost of postage and packing is calculated in our office and added to shipment invoices.
We cover the risk with your shipment, so you need not be concerned about loss, theft or damage during delivery.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
Faulty or damaged goods received with your order are to be returned to Flair within 30 days of date of Invoice. Goods will be exchanged or replaced (not credit) by return mail.
All Jewellery and Watches purchased from Flair Imports and sold to the Consumer are Guaranteed against defects and manufacturing faults for a period of twelve months from date of purchase by the Consumer.
Proof of Purchase should be supplied when returning goods for exchange or repair.
We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged goods returned under warranty by the Consumer provided the item has been treated with normal care and wear.
