Terms & Conditions
Order Procedure – Customers are invited to leisurely browse through our online store after ‘registration’ and ‘login’, and select their purchases via the shopping cart. When the order is complete, simply select Checkout’, and an email advice will automatically be forwarded to Flair. You will also receive an order confirmation. Your order will be carefully selected and despatched via Express Post generally within 1 – 2 working days.
Terms of Trade – All purchases by Trade Customers will be invoiced on day of despatch against their account. Terms of Trade are strictly 7 days/30 days net, as per individual arrangements. Statements will be posted after the close of business each month for outstanding accounts. Payment can be made direct to our Bank Account – refer Invoice for details.
Prices – All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars, exclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax) and/or Delivery charges. Due to the volatile nature of precious metal markets, we reserve the right to alter prices accordingly.
Opal Colour – Because each Opal is distinctly different in colour and pattern from all others, we have only endeavoured to give an indication of the design of each piece. The colour of each opal is different to the next.
Photographs –All photographs appearing on this site have not been enhanced in any way. Due to different photographic techniques, some items may appear larger or smaller than actual size, or may be shown at a different scale to similar items. Each photograph is ‘watermarked’ and remains the property of Flair Imports. Copying of any content including photographs is illegal, and Flair Imports retains copyright over the entire content of this Website.
